IT Services Rates
What is your minimum charge?
For on-site consulting the minimum charge is one (1) hour at the applicable rate. For remote assistance, we bill in 15 minute increments at the applicable rate.
When are payments due?
Payment is due within 15 days of the invoice date, aka Net-15. All quotes include details about the payment requirements for your specific project.
What are your standard operating hours?
We do things a little differently at 62Five Studios. Our standard operating hours for IT support are 11:00am to 8:00pm PST, Monday to Saturday. No, that is not a misprint, you would pay a standard rate at 7:00 pm on a Saturday. (Come on, admit it, that is sweet!) What other companies call 'off hours' we call 'real people hours'. We know people have jobs, kids and responsibilities that make in-home computer consulting difficult to find and afford. Our hours of operation are adjusted to accomodate the needs of real people at standard, affordable rates.
What happens in an emergency?
You call or email us and we come help. Of course, if you need help outside our standard business hours you will be billed at the Rush Rate.
I live outside the Portland-Metro area. Can I still hire you?
Yes! If you live outside the Portland-Metro area you will need to pay us for travel time. Check out our IT Consulting rates for details.
Please note that 62Five Studios reserves the right to decide what is "outside the Portland-Metro area". We will never bill you for travel without first informing you that travel time will be included in your billing plan.
If I am a previous customer do I need to go through the quoting process to get more help?
Nope, just contact us and we will get you scheduled right away.
How much experience do you have?
We have over 10 years of combined experience in the wonderful world of IT. We will never do work that we feel is beyond our skill set. Should such a situation arise we will refer you to someone who can better serve you.
